Looking for the perfect family villa, close to beaches, watersports, the St. John ferry dock, and child-friendly too? Azula Vista may be just the home for you! Built on three levels with a very large pool, this villa has lots of room for everyone. A garden walkway brings you into a semi-covered lanai, separating Azula Vista's two pavilions on the main level. The L-shaped lanai has a bar with mini-fridge and cushioned sofas and chairs set along the shady covered verandah, with graceful arches framing a picture-perfect view of nearby Secret Harbour Resort and Beach.

One pavilion houses a living area with a cathedral ceiling, glass slider walls on two sides, and through an archway, a dining alcove. The dining alcove seats 8 at the table, and counter stools with seating for two more by the handy pass-through to the kitchen. The villa's laptop computer is set up near the pass-through, equipped with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi. The wonderfully-equipped gourmet kitchen features lots of counter space done in stylish granite, stainless steel appliances, and a broad array of small appliances, utensils and cookware, should you be in the mood to create a festive island meal. A handy desk with a phone and Wi-Fi for your laptop and the laundry room share space with the kitchen. Across the lanai in Azula Vista's second main-level pavilion are two air-conditioned bedrooms with full ensuite baths with a powder room between them. The master suite features a romantic four-poster king bed. Next door is a colorful suite with two twins (which can be converted to a king bed with your advance request). Exterior stairways on either side of Azula Vista take you to one of the villa's favorite spots for family fun in the sun (for small children's safety, access to the mid-level Garden Suites and the pool is gated off from these stairs).

On Azula Vista's Garden Level are two more fully air-conditioned suites. The spacious West Bedroom Suite is a large, fully air-conditioned apartment offering a separate living and dining area with two sofabeds (a twin and a queen-size), a full kitchen, and a king bedroom with full bath. Next to it is the East Studio Suite, another roomy air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suite with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. These two Garden Level suites offer perfect and private accommodations for extended families and friends traveling together - you can get up as early or as late as you wish, fix yourselves breakfast or lunch in your suite, and take a dip in the pool or work on your tan whenever the mood strikes you.

And below, the third level is heavenly - this level offers the pool and a covered outdoor entertainment area equipped with a gas grill, wet bar, mini-fridge, and a second convenient powder room. A few steps from the entertainment patio is Azula Vista's pride and joy: an expansive swimming pool, with a tiled sun deck fringed with palm trees the whole family will enjoy. The deck is completed with chaise lounges, an outdoor shower and another outdoor dining area on the sun deck. A built-in charcoal grill in the garden just off the pool deck is accessed through a gate, should you need a second grill.

Azula Vista is casual and comfortable home for all ages, but offers some special extras such as the wonderful kitchen, original island art throughout, a big selection of over 100 movies for all ages, and that fantastic pool! Its desirable East End location is very close to several excellent white sand beaches and watersports, from day sails and diving to parasailing, jet skiing and kayaking - just a few minutes' drive will get you to something new to do or see every day. The sparkling ocean view fades as the sun sets, and memorable sunsets mark the end of each sun-filled day. Azula Vista (which means "blue view"), offers much to extended family and friends who are seeking quality time together in well-located, comfortable and well-equipped home.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT AZULA VISTA, YOU CAN TOUR THE ENTIRE VILLA AND THEN CHOOSE THE BEDROOMS AND/OR SUITES YOU LIKE BEST (RENTALS ARE BOOKED FOR 2 PERSONS PER BEDROOM). YOU'LL BE GIVEN KEYS FOR JUST THOSE ROOMS, AND THE OTHER BEDROOMS AND/OR SUITES NOT CHOSEN WILL THEN BE LOCKED OFF. IF YOU HAVE RENTED AZULA VISTA FOR 7 or 8 PERSONS, THEN THE ENTIRE VILLA IS OPEN TO YOU.
