Cote Sud is a newly renovated luxury villa set on its own stand of southside seashore offering breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The villa is located on 1.5 acres of lush tropical landscaping and set behind an electronic gate. Sitting just 400 ft from the villa it is bordered by 300 feet of pebble beach which is adjoined by an expansive deck and a 100 foot concrete landing dock complete with a swim ladder for ocean access for experienced swimmers and snorkelers.

Cote Sud's interiors are elegantly furnished with original art and ethnic and island pieces. The gourmet kitchen is located on the opposite side and features polished granite countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances and rich cherry cabinetry. An air-conditioned fitness room, as well as laundry room, is conveniently located just to the rear of the kitchen area. A delightful garden terrace is located just outside the living and kitchen areas and is nicely furnished with a large dining table and chairs and equipped with a gas grill. The terrace provides an inviting spot for alfresco dining or quiet contemplation. A dramatic wooden staircase leads from the main floor foyer to Cote Sud's upper level which features rich, warm Brazilian cherry wood flooring. On this upper level, there are three more air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite baths.

The baths are opulently finished, beautifully tiled and fitted with glass shower stalls and designer vanities. An upper level, east facing, king master suite is quite expansive and features cooling and soothing shades of ocean blue. The suite offers a desk with DSL and Wi-Fi as well as doors that open to a private balcony with sea views. A multi-spray rain shower and Jacuzzi bathtub complete the suite. Another master suite, western exposure, is located across the landing and stylishly decorated in vibrant reds. The room opens onto a pretty terrace that overlooks the Caribbean. A fourth bedroom enjoys a serene garden view and has its own private balcony with an ocean vista beyond. The room provides two twin beds which may be joined together to form a king with advance notice. The upper level landing features a wet bar and mini-fridge for guest's convenience. The landing serves as a central gathering spot and is comfortably furnished and offers wide angled sea views.

A delightful spot, the landing serves as the ideal place to savor a tropical sunset and cocktail. Waves roll into the shore below which provides a soothing background. On clear evenings, the twinkling lights of St. Croix may be enjoyed. Cote Sud is posh vacation home that is lavishly furnished and offers dramatic panoramas of sea and sky. Guests will enjoy peaceful beachcombing for shells along the coral and pebble beach below as well as wonderful snorkeling off the dock. A gated path leads 400 feet away to a white sand beach. The home provides an excellent base for exploring the islands wonderful duty free shops and restaurants. Cote Sud is a five star luxurious home and highly recommended!
