Just beyond is the large sunny pool surrounded by tropical landscaping overlooking the sea.

The air-conditioned main level of this private home is very spacious - lots of room for the modern kitchen, living, media and dining areas; French doors open from the living area to the large, romantic queen master suite with its own sitting area and full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. A top-of-the-line queen sofa bed and a second full bath are also on the main level, perfect for a family with small children.

Just outside the living-dining area is a cool and breezy covered porch with an ocean view.

An exterior staircase leads down to Rising Sun's lower level patio, shaded by a beautiful mango tree and a cabana overlooking the sea vista and Inner and Outer Brass Islands. This lower level offers two air-conditioned queen bedrooms, which share a bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a media center and a second full kitchen.

House of the Rising Sun is the perfect place for intimate quality time with your sweetie or with your family or friends - unpretentious, comfortable and private, and very well equipped with almost everything you could need - but you can walk up the country lane to Friendly's, a nearby convenience store, in a few minutes, or take a leisurely drive through the island's lush North Side of the island to town or to the beach.
