A cozy patio complete with hot tub overlooking the harbor is located just off the master suite and a gate connects this patio to the main verandah. A second king bedded master suite is a bit smaller but nicely equipped with cable TV and DVD player.

A staircase leads from the kitchen down to the garden and pool and canvas covered cabana. The pool is set within lush tropical gardens that include tall mature exotic trees. The pool deck is furnished with chaise lounges and tables and makes it a wonderful place for relaxing. The area, also, offers a small refrigerator for cold drinks and a gas grill for cooking out and enjoying the setting.

Centrally located, Kyalami offers easy access to Magen's Bay Beach and colorful Charlotte Amalie which offers exceptional duty-free shopping and a plethora of restaurants.

"Kyalami has an on-site manager, Edward Smith, aka "Smitty," who lives in the lower (garden) level of the property with Kyalami's house dog, a well-mannered chocolate Labrador named Max. Should you have any maintenance problems or questions, Kyalami's resident manager will be happy to assist you at any time. On the lower level is also a single tenant who is out working during the day and rarely seen at all."
