Sunset is perched on a secluded knoll between two large boulders and surrounded by lush and colorful tropical plantings. The home features panoramic views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean as well as spectacular nightly sunsets.

Casually furnished, the villa features stone walls, cedar wood beamed ceilings and tiled floors. Crisp white walls and bold colorful fabrics punctuate the interiors.

Sunset is built on two levels and has several pavilions. The main pavilion features the fully air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen areas. This pavilion, also, features two adjacent air-conditioned bedrooms with queen sized beds that share a bath.

Expansive glass slider doors open up to a balcony and covered deck just outside that is the perfect spot for alfresco dining under the stars.

The other pavilion is located across the deck and offers two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. Each of these bedrooms has it's own separate entrance.
The pavilion offers views of the expansive and sunny deck with private swimming pool. Built in Jacuzzi and chaise lounges.

Lovely views, a large private pool and cozy interiors all contribute to making Sunset an ideal choice and value.
