Description
Villa Panorama is a new and exciting addition to our inventory! While built in 1997, the home was completely renovated in 2006 and offers exceptional living with commanding views of Megan's Bay Beach from all of it's glorious rooms. Set on a scenic hilltop located right around the corner of "Drake's Seat", lush tropical gardens lead to the entrance of this magnificent home.
The villa is built on several levels and offers over 3,400 square feet of living space and another 1,400 square feet in decks. The interiors feature crisp white walls and designer furnishings with dramatic and colorful accents to include lush Persian rugs which accent the cool tiled floors. A full wet bar, completely equipped modern kitchen and lavish appointments complete this villa paradise.
The living room offers a large plasma TV (there are a total of 5 cable TVS in the entire villa) as well as DVD player, VCR and CD/tape player with surround sound. Additionally, the home offers delightful games and an extensive music and movie collection.
The villa offers four bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens) and a queen sofa sleeper as well as a twin sized sleep chair so it can easily accommodate up to 11 guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and boasts a walk in close with Mahogany shelves and drawers and a bathroom complete with vanity area as well as separate tub and shower areas.
Numerous decks overlook famous Magen's Bay Beach and offer stunning views of the emerald shades of ocean. The main deck has an expansive pool deck which offers additional magnificent views.
The villa is located just a few minutes drive to Magen's Bay Beach for excellent swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing and just a few minutes to the golf course. Charlotte Amalie, the colorful capital is conveniently located for shopping and fine dining as well.
